  • Complete delivery address (Flat/House No., Building, Street, Area)
  • Valid mobile number
  • Nearby landmark (for easy identification)

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message.

📍 Delivery Guidelines

  • Orders will be delivered only to the address provided at checkout
  • Address changes or redirection are not allowed after order confirmation
  • In some cases, delivery may be completed at:
    • Security desk
    • Reception
    • Neighbour

(Only if instructed by the customer or required for successful delivery)

🚫 Delivery Exceptions

Delivery may not be possible in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Recipient not available at the time of delivery
  • Premises locked

  • Refusal to accept the order
