To process your request, kindly share clear photos or videos of:
- The product showing the issue
- The original packaging (outer box, labels, and inserts)
This helps us resolve your concern quickly and efficiently.

Once we receive your request:
- Our team will review your case within 1 business day
- If your claim is approved:
- We will send a replacement product, OR
- If replacement is not possible, a refund (up to ₹500) will be issued

- Any damage or issue must be reported within 24 hours
- Claims without proper proof or after 24 hours will not be accepted

- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
