📦 Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired (as per the packaging)
  • You have received an incorrect product

If you face any of the above issues, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

📸 Proof Required

To process your request, kindly share clear photos or videos of:

  • The product showing the issue
  • The original packaging (outer box, labels, and inserts)

This helps us resolve your concern quickly and efficiently.

✅ Resolution Process

Once we receive your request:

  • Our team will review your case within 1 business day
  • If your claim is approved:
    • We will send a replacement product, OR
    • If replacement is not possible, a refund (up to ₹500) will be issued
